If you choose to let us manage the property, there is a monthly management fee (8.8% or 9.3%), but the owner has guaranteed rent and has the support of our service team during the contract.
If you choose to manage your own rental, the owner does not have to pay management fees, but we take care of the property only until the lease is signed.
You only pay for the service after your property is rented or sold
